Clipped Hedge Cottages are situated on the
Northern Edge of the small rural village of Southrepps, with uninterrupted views to the
front over open fields. The cottages were newly built & first let in 2000. All have
fully fitted kitchens with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave & built in oven/hob.
Lounges have tv/video. Bed Linen, hand & tea towels are all provided, all you need to
bring are bath/beach towels.

There are 2 types of cottage, the
larger has a floor area of approximately 1500 sq ft. and sleeps 7, the smaller has a floor
area of approx. 1250 sq ft. and sleeps 5. There are no bunk beds. The larger cottage has a
separate shower in addition to a bathroom. All cottages have four bedrooms, one of which
is on the ground floor, also a ground floor toilet is in addition to one on the 1st floor |
Southrepps
is a quiet rural village approximately 4 miles from Cromer and 2.5 miles from the sea. It
is within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads, excellent beaches and the many attractions
North Norfolk has to offer.

booking form and forward it together with a deposit of one third or the total rental to: 2

We will send you a confirmation of booking and a statement of the
balance to be paid, which should be paid 6 weeks before the hire commences.
If you are booking less than 6 weeks before the hire commences,
then please include payment for the whole amount with your booking form.
