HOLIDAY COTTAGE **** has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and
great care has been taken to provide a comfortable holiday home. The cottage has a
kitchen, dining room/lounge and twin bedroom on the ground floor, with a double bedroom
and bathroom on the first floor. A cot and high chair is available. The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer and a microwave. Use of a washing machine and tumble drier can be arranged. The comfortable lounge has a colour TV, video, music centre, books and games. The beds have duvets and all towels and linen are provided. Night storage heating is included in the winter months, with a meter for other electricity. The cottage has a garden room overlooking
a pretty courtyard where you can sit and relax on the patio which includes a barbecue plus
a football game and darts for the children. There is also parking for cars and storage for
bicycles available.
Cornerstone Cottage is ideally situated in the small village of Knapton, just 2 miles from the unspoilt sandy beaches of the North Norfolk coast. With good local shops in Mundesley (1½ miles) and North Walsham (4 miles) has a supermarket and a railway station. Norwich and the Norfolk Broads are within easy reach and the National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blickling are a short drive away. Knapton is an ideal centre for walking, cycling and birdwatching and well situated for exploring the beautiful countryside and the many attractions of North Norfolk.
