Elm Farm Country House was opened in 1978 after great care and pride had been taken in
converting the 17th Century farm buildings into bedrooms. Throughout this conversion
consideration was given to maintaining the character of the buildings and many of the
original walls and beams have been preserved. The Country House is situated just four
miles north of Norwich in an ancient, pretty and quiet village. The accommodation
offers a peaceful and relaxing base after a hectic day's sightseeing, or for business men,
a quiet evening after a hard day's work. |
| We have one lounge with a colour TV. Our non-smoking Dining Room has enlarged the
17th Century farm house and is situated on the ground floor.
We specialise in traditional English breakfasts, but have a varied menu.
Continental breakfasts and packed lunches can be supplied and we do our best to meet
vegetarian or dietary needs that might be required.
We are able to provide, discreet, private receptions for funerals or wakes. |

Sleeping accommodation is provided in ground floor chalet
units situated in the grounds of the 17th century Farmhouse. All bedrooms have:
En-suite facilities, Central Heating, Colour TV, Telephone, Radio Alarm and a Hair Dryer
in all rooms. |

Our reception is situated in the farm house. Standing in 1 1/2 acres of grounds,
there are two spacious lawns and ample parking facilities.
We have a pond where ducks and other wild life can be fed. Our gardens are either
for relaxing in or having a cup of tea or coffee in the pleasant surroundings of roses or
other herbaceous plants. |

Prices are based on a room price, to
include VAT
at 17.5% also Full English Breakfast, which is served in the Dining Room attached to the
attractive 17th Century Farmhouse.
