| The warmest of welcomes is
given to all our guests at our spacious Victorian home. |
| We are situated only 100 yards from both the sea and shops in the
beautiful seaside town of Sheringham on the North Norfolk Coast. |
| We have two double rooms - one which can be used as a twin or family room. Both
rooms are very large, with extremely comfortable beds and armchairs. |

Wash basins, television, tea/coffee trays, books & magazines make for cosy
surroundings. We also have a small single room if required. |
| Along the landing is the first toilet. Next to this is a
big bathroom with large walk-in shower,
an extra large bath, washbasin and extra toilet. |
| Our breakfasts are scrumptious and varied. Eat as little or
as much as you like! |

We have been welcoming guests for 15 years and look
forward to meeting you.

| Our cosy self catering holiday cottage is in a very quiet location in
spite of being approximately 100 yards from both the beach and shops. Access is through a
loke at the rear of our house. The cottage has its
own tiny, sunny enclosed garden with tables and chairs.
Inside, the cottage is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, with fitted carpets
throughout. |
| The accommodation comprises of: Entrance Hall
Shower room with wash basin and W.C.
Sitting room with easy chairs, dining table and colour T.V. |

Well equipped fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster etc. Electricity
is supplied by £1 coin slot meter. |
| Stairs to: 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, cupboard, chest
of drawers, all in pine. |

2nd bedroom with bunk beds, fitted cupboard and chest of drawers, again all in pine. Duvets
and bed linen supplied, but not towels. |

A little about Sheringham
We are very proud of Sheringham's safe, clean beaches. Great for swimming, building
sandcastles and pottering in the rock pools.Our town has lots to offer:
Theatre, pubs, good restaurants and a leisure pool.
We have an excellent golf course and a famous steam railway.
With coastal and woodland walks in abundance and several National Trust properties
within easy reach, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to seeing
