This large Victorian house has been converted into 2
self-contained homes, one of which is available all year round as holiday accommodation.
It is situated within easy walking distance of the shops, railway station, beach and all
amenities.There is a secluded patio garden and private off street parking. All mod.
cons with ETC **** award.
Spacious home sleeping up to 6 to 8 people with a double sofa bed in the lounge providing
space for a further 2 people. On the first floor there is a large family room with one
double and one single bed (and space for a cot which is available free of charge on
request), and a second bedroom with one double bed. All other facilities are on the Ground
Floor and include a single bedroom; bathroom with w.c., bath and electric shower,
additional separate toilet, entrance hall, spacious well-equipped kitchen, large lounge,
dining room with French windows leading onto the patio. |

included. There is an open fireplace in the lounge which can be used by winter
visitors for a cosier atmosphere.
