and a warm Christian welcome in our homely, modern traditionally built beamed cottage with
triangular upstairs windows! Our Guest House is non smoking
and we have off road parking. Situated in a quiet residential area, approx ten
minutes walk to town, railway and beach. Open common and woods nearby. We have
been awarded four diamond quality assurance by the English Tourism Council, plus a
Heartbeat Award for low fat, healthy cooking. Choice of menu. Walking distance
to all churches, theatre and Steam Railway.
Our aim is to make your stay in North Norfolk a very happy one in
our home from home atmospherein one of our two suites. This is an ideal venue for
walkers, sightseeing and bird watching. A bus stop is one minute from the house
going to Cromer, Holt and Norwich. The coast hopper runs from Cromer, via Sheringham
to King's Lynn - don't forget your bus pass.
We can collect visitors who travel by rail if required.

Bathroom with walk in shower. Small lounge with two Parker Knoll chairs, (this room
can be adapted into twin or triple occupancy) and is suitable for less able visitors.

comprises of double bed with ensuite bathroom which has a small sit bath and shower.
This room has a Orthapaedic bed with merino wool bedding for your comfort and Leather sofa
