| The Old Boat House
Bed and Breakfast is a new building with modern furnishings. All the rooms
are light and airy and the sense of peace and tranquillity within is evident as soon as
you enter the front door. We are less than five minutes walk from the beach and town
centre, but situated in a quiet street with minimal traffic. Parking is available at
our premises. |
| The Old Boat House B & B
is built on a site which is steeped in local history. From the 1800's there was the
Boat building shed here (seen in the photograph on the right), this produced well over one
hundred crab and whelk boats during it's time, one of the largest being the Three Sisters
which was 33ft. |

We offer our guests a Full English
Breakfast, complete with choice of cereals. Special diets can be catered for as long as you make arrangements on
booking your room. |

Our Double room is beautifully decorated
and has a spacious wardrobe and drawers. It is equipped with a TV and Tea and Coffee
making facilities.
The bathroom has a shower for use by our guests.
We operate a No-Smoking policy in the house and cannot accept pets. |

The Double En Suite Room available to
guests spans the depth of the house. It is extremely spacious and equipped with a vast amount of cupboard and
wardrobe space.
The en-suite facility includes a large
corner air bath, ideal after a day out on our wonderful sandy beach, a shower, wash basin
and WC. It has a TV and facilities to make Tea & Coffee. |

| Sheringham offers safe, sandy, clean,
blue flag beaches, has golfing facilities at a clifftop course, a leisure centre, the
famous North Norfolk Steam Railway and many other attractions on offer. It is an
ideal place to stay if you are a keen birdwatcher, being only a few minutes drive away
from Salthouse, Blakeney & Cley. For anglers there are many freshwater
facilities nearby and, of course, the sea a few steps away from the Bed & Breakfast. If you would like more information about our Bed
